Who this work is for
I work with high-functioning women who are in the aftershock phase of toxic or emotionally unsafe relationships — the space after leaving, but before feeling safe again.

How I Work
My work as a trauma-informed relationship coach focuses on helping women feel safe in connection again — not just understand what happened.
My approach is trauma-informed and nervous-system-first.
That means we don’t push past your body’s signals or shame protective responses. Instead, we work with them — gently, intentionally, and at your pace.
Our work together may include:
nervous-system regulation and stabilization
understanding relationship patterns stored in the body
rebuilding self-trust and embodied intuition
releasing survival responses tied to love
learning how to stay present when connection feels calm
