"During our sessions we discussed many aspects of my life and journey to date. I struggle with completing certain tasks on a daily basis. Rochelle suggested we set small goals and work up to bigger goals each week.
What I learned from our sessions is that I need to learn to give myself grace when I can't do everything. To take time for myself each day. I felt each of our sessions were very motivational and helped me to accept me as me. That we don't have to perfect every day or anytime, because we are human.
